As Keenagers is a part of the City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation programs, there is an annual membership fee of $25. If you write a check, please make the check to White Memorial Presbyterian Church, in the memo line write Keenagers. If you would like to participate in Keenagers, please contact Cesia Cisneros or Don Thompson at 919-946-2929.
