Associate Director of Congregational Engagement
The Associate Director of Congregational Engagement welcomes and invites people of all ages to participate in Christ’s ministry by engaging meaningfully in the life of WMPC. Working in partnership with the Associate Pastor for Congregational Engagement and guided by the “Worship + 3” framework, this person strives to increase levels of participation and lay leadership in the ministries of the church.
