The WMPC Endowment/Area of Greatest Need is to fund the general operations and strategic priorities of the Church. The Session directs expenditures from the WMPC Endowment to the area it determines to have the greatest need.

Gifts in Action
There are many opportunities for Foundation support. Donors may direct their gift to one of the following categories.
The White Memorial Maintenance Endowment
The WMPC Maintenance Endowment is to support scheduled maintenance or major renovations to the facilities at the Church. The WMPC Maintenance Endowment is under the direction of the Session.
The White Memorial Outreach Endowment
The WMPC Outreach Endowment is to enhance the needs of the community through regional and international partnerships with nonprofit organizations who are in relationship with the Church. The WMPC Outreach Endowment is under the direction of the Outreach Committee with Session approval.
The White Memorial Scholarship Endowment
The WMPC Scholarship Endowment is to provide scholarships for students pursuing higher education. The WMPC Scholarship Endowment is under the direction of the Scholarship Committee, with Session approval.

Planned giving encompasses a variety of ways to create a gift to benefit your Church using accumulated resources. Although planned giving usually involves financial or estate planning, it is not reserved for the wealthy. Planned giving is for anyone concerned with the wise use of their personal resources and provides the opportunity to make a considered choice about their ultimate disposition.
