Dane was born and raised in Southern California and loved every second of it. He went to Baylor University in Waco, Texas as a double major in Religion and Communication, where he met his wife, Claire. After moving to North Carolina, Dane and Claire got married and currently exist as a house divided, as Claire works at UNC and Dane attends Duke, where he is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Duke Divinity School. In addition to academics, Dane loves everything outdoors, including running, camping, and rock climbing.
