“From Shadows to Freedom: Leadership in Times of Anxiety” with Wojciech

What does freedom look like when the world feels uncertain, even anxious? And what kind of leadership can sustain it in times like these? Wojciech will share personal memories of growing up under communism in Poland, which shaped how he understands both freedom and responsibility. From these experiences, he asks deeper questions: how freedom actually comes into being, and whether it can survive without responsibility, community, and courage. Freedom is not something we simply have. It is something we practice together. Something fragile and demanding, something that calls us beyond ourselves.
