Agape Care Teams is a ministry of presence that creates opportunities for meaningful long-term connections between volunteers and individuals who, because of life circumstances, are seldom or never able to come to church. Trained visitors will share compassion and love through regular visits and communication with those who need the church to be brought to them. It is our goal that those being visited will feel valued and connected as they receive friendship, encouragement and support from these visitors. Contact Susan Hibbert for more information.
